An increasing number of projects are BIM based, which provides benefits at all stages of a project, including the production of advanced CGI visualisations and option appraisals at design stages, and coordinated production information and the exchange of drawings and schedules at construction stage. We regularly use mobile devices like the iPad and iPhone to make the design process more accessible for clients and other stakeholders through the integration of our advanced modelling software.
We have recently had significant success in gaining permission for Paragraph 79 houses which require architectural solutions that are outstanding or innovative. Our portfolio also includes schemes with Passive House accreditation and BREEAM excellent ratings.
We are proud to be located in the vibrant City of Brighton and Hove and foster close links with the University of Brighton though our student mentoring programme and annual design awards. We also sit on the Mid Sussex and Lewes District Council Architects Panels.
We are a Chartered Practice of the Royal Institute of British Architects and offer the full range of architectural services. We also have specialist qualifications to undertake the role of Principal Designer under the CDM regulations.
